So I guess I’ll try something a little different today. I’ve been wanting to play around with the video capabilities on my camera, but since I’m the only one shooting at a session, or in this case wedding, it’s hard to get the shots needed and get video. But, with Robby and Jackie’s wedding last month, I was able to sneak in a little video. Well, at least enough to put together a short clip anyway. So here goes, let me know what you think in the comment section below…

Ft Smith AR Engagement Photographer | Cody & Ashleigh Part II
As promised, we’re back today with another installment of ‘Cody + Ashleigh’. As you can see, we pretty much went everywhere for their session. I think when I was going through all the images I counted 19 distinctly different locations. CRAZY!! Anyway, can’t wait to shoot their wedding that is quickly creeping up! Without further ado, part deux…
so this last one’s a little different. I must however say that I really like it. For some reason it seems a little Urban Outfitters-esque/’modern awkward fashion’ to me. I like the contrast - kinda like ‘trashy fashion’… or let’s say the Fashion vs. the Trashin’ (of the location that is, which we had nothing to do with…)

Fort Smith Arkansas Child Photographer | Our Princess Turns 1
So this post may have a few more pics than normal, but hey, it’s our kid. And, if you’re one of our past clients, imagine choosing just 10 from your gallery to showcase, then imagine doing it with 10x as many pictures to choose from!! It’s normal in one of our sessions with a one year old to need some warm up time to get used to that big ol’ black monstrosity of a camera I use… but since she’s had it in her face since day 1, she doesn’t even pay attention to it anymore. As a matter of fact, she actually ignores it - which makes it rather hard to get the headshots that I normally love getting of our clients’ little ones. Then there’s the issue of her mobility. She’s only just turned one, but she RUNS. I don’t mean a brisk jog, she runs… AWAY from the camera. That could be why this session took 2 days!

Fort Smith Wedding Photographer | Oops… Missed one
I just realized that I missed one of the images that was supposed to go up from Robby & Jackie’s engagement photo session. It should have gone in Part 2 but somehow it got overlooked. Instead of putting it in the post after the fact, I’ll just give it it’s own post. Why not, right? Enjoy!
