So it’s been a few days, but here is the rest of Chrystal’s Tulsa bridal session. We started at a park for some more traditional bridal shots, then went downtown to get some of that urban edge that we enjoy so much. Hopefully Chrystal will want to do a Trash The Dress session after the wedding so we can get some really grungy urban shots…:)

We met Chrystal in Tulsa this afternoon for an awesome bridal shoot. And since her hubby-to-be isn’t a blog stalker, she said to put the pics up on the site. So here’s a quick sneak peek…
So it’s finally cooling off a bit (if only temporarily) and the fall/winter wedding season is coming up. There’s a twitter feed we found that belongs to www.twitter.com/ProjectWedding that has some great tips for brides planning their big day. Recently there was an article with wedding-planner-for-the-stars, Mindy Weiss about some recent trends and tips. There was one comment in particular that we couldn’t agree with more…
PW: Where should you not cut corners?
Mindy: Photography. That is my favorite thing right now! That’s the only thing you can take with you and it’s the only thing left after the wedding. If that sucks … you won’t want to look at your memories. You will look at your photos and go, “I hate these pictures. I should have spent the money.”
How true, How true.

We got together with Liz this evening and got some great shots downtown for her first senior session (yup, more later). She’s a quiet one, but cool none-the-less. After a few test frames, she got into character pretty quick. And for someone who acted like she didn’t know what to do in front of the camera, the images turned out great (imo)! And, BONUS, she was even able to keep up with my erratic last minute destination changes. Can’t wait till you get to see the rest!
…at least that is until I got there. But after a bottle and a change of pants for both dad and Charlie, we were good to go. When she finally went to sleep, she was gone. But that’s just how babies are, when our little guy had his newb photoshoot, he slept all the way there and back, but stayed awake for his entire session. But I digress… She sure is a cutie
We set up an impromptu one year photo shoot for our little friend Grayson this evening. Little man was very much the momma’s boy, so momma had to go hide around the corner a few times so we could get some pics of just him. Great to see you guys, you’ve got quite the cute little boy!
